GENERAL FAQ

Q: What is the store currency in?

A: Euro 

 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes. If you do not find your country in the shipping options, please contact me. 

SEPTEMBER 2025 UPDATE: I am temporarily unable to ship non-flat items to the US due to the tariffs and my courier suspending shipping there. If you are in the US please only put flat items in your cart!
Flat items include: Prints, stickers, bookmarks, photocards, postcards, sticker sheets

 

Q: Where are orders shipped out from?

A: France

 

Q: What courier service do you use? 

A: La Poste, or Colissimo, depending on the items you order. (anything that fits in a standard letter is shipped using La Poste. At the moment, all the items available can fit in a standard letter.) 

 

Q: Do the prices include shipping and tax?

A: No. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. 



Q: I live in the US; will I have to pay taxes on the merch I order according to tariffs? 

A: As all merch items are manufactured either in China or France, tariffs MAY apply and you may be required to pay taxes upon receiving your order. Please understand that I cannot calculate the amount for you as tariffs change frequently. 

SEPTEMBER 2025 UPDATE: If you've ordered flat items, you will not have to pay any custom tax or tariff. 

MERCH FAQ 

Q: Will you add new items to your store? 

A: I will eventually, but as I already work a full-time job on top of running this shop, it will take time for me to create the pieces. Follow me on social media for updates! 

 

Q: Will you re-stock sold out items? 

A: It depends on the items and the demand. Some items like the bookmarks have a high MOQ so I might not be able to. Stickers and prints have a higher chance of being re-stocked.
