STORE PROCESSING TIME

The store's processing time will vary between 1-2 weeks. I (Mistylotl) am the only person running this store, so I thank you in advance for your patience! 

(Processing time: the time it takes to get to your order, pack, ship and submit your tracking number if you choose tracked mail)

Please ensure to look out for the tracking number as it is every buyer's responsibility to track their own packages. (If you have chosen tracked mail)

 

DELIVERY DURATION

All orders shipped to France and surrounding countries should take between 3-10 business days to arrive after it is shipped.

For international orders, please expect your package to take about 2-4 weeks to arrive after it is shipped.

I will update this as I obtain more experience with shipping. 

 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. I will not accept cancellations unless there is a duplicate order. 

No returns accepted at this time. Please make sure to read item descriptions before purchasing. 

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you have made a mistake when writing down your address, please contact me as soon as possible. If i have not yet printed the label or shipped out your order, I will be able to change it. 

RETURNED PARCELS

Please understand that if you do not choose tracked mail and your package is lost, I will not be able to get it back. 

If you have chosen tracked mail and your package is returned to me, you will be responsible for the shipping fee if you wish for me to re-send it. If not, you will be eligible for a refund minus the shipping and paypal or stripe fees. 

 

VAT TAX/CUSTOM FEES

Depending on your country of residence, you may be requested to pay VAT, import fees, customs fees etc. 

The shop is not responsible for those fees.

You may approach your local customs office for more details.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

As of october 2024, it is my first time running an online shop, and so I ask for your patience and kindness. I have done my research to ensure that everything runs smoothly, however I am not above making mistakes. 

I will take responsibility for any mistake I happen to make. 

I am not responsible for how your package is handled by the courier service once I have shipped it out.
